5 Amazing Mock-tails For Your Evening Nightcap

Cherry Thyme Bomb

1/4 Cup Valerian Root Tea (Steeped and cooled)

1 Tsp Honey

1/4 Cup Tart Cherry Juice (Not Concentrate)

Sparkling Water (Topo Chico is a fave in our house)

1 Sprig of Thyme

Fill 8-10 oz glass with ice.

Add honey to steeped and cooled tea.

Pour tea and cherry juice into glass with ice and stir.

Top with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with thyme sprig-Enjoy!

Coconut Minted Bliss

1/4 Cup Sparkling Water

3/4 Cup Coconut Water (I use Zico or Harmless Harvest)

1 Sprig of Mint

1 Tsp of Agave (Optional)

Muddle mint leaves in an 8-10 oz glass

Fill glass with muddled mint leaves with ice

Add coconut water and Agave if using and stir.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with more mint if you wish!

Strawberry Bubbles

1/4 Cup Strawberries (muddled)

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Honey (Optional)

1/2 Cup Sparkling Water

Mash strawberries in 8-10 oz glass.

Fill glass with mashed strawberries with ice.

Add lemon juice, honey, and sparkling water to glass and stire.

Garnish with slices of Lemons and Cut Strawberries-Enjoy!

Pom-Berry Smash

1/8 Cup Strawberries mashed

1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice (Not Concentrate)

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Sparkling Water

Mash Strawberries in 16 oz glass.

Add Ice and pour in Pom Juice, Lemons Juice and stir.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with more lemon slices, strawberry slices, or pomegranate seeds.

Cider Punch-Tail

This one is a bit more work, but you get 12 servings out of one batch!

1/2 (3 Cups) Gallon of Apple Cider (Fresh)

1 1/2 Cups Cranberry Juice (Not From Concentrate)

3/4 Cups Honey/Maple Syrup/Agave Syrup (adjust for sweetness preference)

1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

12 oz Sparkling Water

Cinnamon Sticks And Fresh Cranberries for Garnish

In a large pitcher pour in Apple Cider, Cranberry Juice, Honey (or sweetener of choice), and Orange Juice and stir.

Slowly stir in Sparkling Water.

Pour over ice into glasses and garnish!
