Protein-Packed Vanilla Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
2 avocados
1 c. chia seeds
4 c. coconut milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tsp. raw honey
Fresh berries of your choice
How To
Blend half of 1st four ingredients and berries and put aside
Blend the rest of the ingredients and mix with chia seeds
Spoon in berry mousse and top with chia mousse
Top with fresh berries
