Protein-Packed Vanilla Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 c. chia seeds

  • 4 c. coconut milk

  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp. raw honey

  • Fresh berries of your choice

How To

  • Blend half of 1st four ingredients and berries and put aside

  • Blend the rest of the ingredients and mix with chia seeds

  • Spoon in berry mousse and top with chia mousse

  • Top with fresh berries
