The Holidays can be a bit chaotic and stressful. When we drink alcohol to the already elevated level of stress our bodies are dealing with, it leads to all of the things that most of us do not enjoy coming out of the Holidays with. Weight gain, brain fog, low energy, a high amount of stress…the list of symptoms that the Holidays can gift us through alcohol (and poor nutrition) can be the gift that gives for far too long into the new year.
