The Bliss Bowl

This Bliss Bowl is packed with nutrients to fuel your energy, support your mood, and keep you feeling cozy on even the gloomiest winter days. 🥗✨

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (for fiber and energy)

Protein:

  • 1/2 cup roasted chickpeas (seasoned with paprika and garlic powder)

  • 1 soft-boiled egg (optional, for extra protein)

Veggies:

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli (rich in vitamin C)

  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes (for that comforting sweetness)

  • A handful of baby spinach or arugula

Toppings:

  • 1/4 avocado, sliced (healthy fats to boost brain function)

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (for crunch and magnesium)

  • A sprinkle of pomegranate seeds (antioxidants for a mood lift)

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1-2 tbsp water (to thin out)

  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:
