The Bliss Bowl
This Bliss Bowl is packed with nutrients to fuel your energy, support your mood, and keep you feeling cozy on even the gloomiest winter days. 🥗✨
Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (for fiber and energy)
Protein:
1/2 cup roasted chickpeas (seasoned with paprika and garlic powder)
1 soft-boiled egg (optional, for extra protein)
Veggies:
1 cup steamed broccoli (rich in vitamin C)
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes (for that comforting sweetness)
A handful of baby spinach or arugula
Toppings:
1/4 avocado, sliced (healthy fats to boost brain function)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (for crunch and magnesium)
A sprinkle of pomegranate seeds (antioxidants for a mood lift)
Dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp water (to thin out)
Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Prep the Base: Place your cooked quinoa or rice at the bottom of a bowl.
